Can I still use Dial-A-Bank?
The Dial-A-Bank services were deprecated at the end of 2024. You can access your accounts anytime via our convenient mobile app or by calling the bank directly at 719-263-4276 during business hours.
How can I reset my PIN for my card?
Call 1-800-992-3808 to activate your debit card or manage your PIN.
What do I do if I lost my debit card?
To report a debit card lost or stolen, call 1-800-472-3272 immediately. If you are traveling internationally, please call 1-614-564-5105.
What happens if my credit card was stolen?
Call 1-800-229-6800 immediately to report your missing credit card.
Why does the current balance does not match the available balance?
The available balance is your real-time balance, inclusive of today’s activity on your account. The current balance is the amount as of our daily end-of-day update from the previous day.
How do I advance on my Line-of-Credit?
Use the Loan Transfers feature of digital banking instead of just the Transfers or External Transfers.
How do I make a loan payment?
If your loan is with Fowler State Bank, use the Loan Transfers feature of digital banking. If your loan is with another institution, you can use the Bill Pay feature to make those payments.
Why can’t Plaid find Fowler State Bank?
Fowler State Bank does not currently have an integration with Plaid, so any accounts will need to be verified manually using the trial deposits rather than access through Plaid.
There are unauthorized transactions on my account – help!
Please call the bank at 719-263-4276. If after hours, start by calling 1-800-472-3272 to report your debit card lost or stolen, then contact us during business hours to review those unauthorized transactions.
