Joint marketing

Fowler State Bank utilizes a secure third-party platform for collecting sensitive personal information required to open a new account. You will never be requested to divulge personal or account information over email – any such attempt is considered phishing and is not generated by Fowler State Bank.

Our secure online e-signing & account applications are provided through ProSign Online powered by Epic River. Please note, that submitting your application will not immediately result in a new account. To ensure the highest levels of security are in place, the application & information will be reviewed for authenticity. Upon approval, the signature card and other account opening documents will be processed and transmitted electronically for identity verification and e-signature.
